Hi everyone! I joined Subeta primarily because I was missing Dappervolk and wanted something similar while I waited for it to come back. I'm really enjoying it here on Subeta, though! Wish I'd signed up sooner.

I'm 27, she/her, I work in printing as a graphic artist, and I love amphibians and video games. I'm mostly about collecting stuff on sites like this; I'm already getting into filling my minion zoo. :v

Though, would anyone happen to know what that white thing on my avatar's face is? I thought it had something to do with the zombie event but I can't for the life of me find which infection it might be, if it is one.

@ ribbiting Hi, welcome! You've joined during Survival/Pandemic, it's a fun time to be here! The sidebars on the news page will give you some links to the current site event and there are a lot of FAQ's in each forum that will probably help.

That's a snowball! People throw them at other people to get achievements, it should go away in a few hours. If it doesn't, refresh your Wardrobe. You might also see some colors appearing here and there on the avatar, those are kisses for the event and are found in the Survival forum. :)

Edit: I'm rambling, I meant to also point out the Snowtapult is linked on the front page, too. Feel free to chuck snowballs at others as well, if you like!

joining during events can be hectic, welcome! My poor avatar is currently infected with one of the zombie viruses that you might see around. Thankfully you can't get any unless you sign up and then get people to bite you on the forums.

I never heard of dappervolk, but the art looks so soft and cute. Subeta is most likely a lot bigger so you're bound to find something you like on here. :)
